1. Material weight and suction cup configuration: When we use a vacuum glass suction cup machine, it is crucial to choose the appropriate number and type of suction cups. Robot type vacuum lifter needs to have enough suction power to transport the board stably and avoid the board from falling or sliding due to insufficient suction power. Because the robot vacuum suction cup is more suitable for high-altitude glass installation work, the height can reach 3.5-5m. Therefore, for the safety of use, the weight of the board must not be overweight. The most suitable weight range of the board is 100- 300kg.

2. Surface adaptability: If the surface of the board/glass/steel is not smooth, the suction cup machine needs to be equipped with a sponge suction cup and a high-power vacuum pump. Sponge type suction cups usually have a larger contact area and better sealing performance to adapt to irregular or uneven surfaces, ensuring that the vacuum can be formed and remain stable.

3. Vacuum control system: The vacuum control system of the robot suction cup needs to be stable and reliable. Once the vacuum system fails, the suction cupper may lose its suction power, causing the board to fall. Therefore, regular inspection and maintenance of the vacuum system is necessary.
