Electric Stacker features a three-stage mast, providing a higher lifting height compared to two-stage models. Its body is constructed from high-strength, premium steel, offering greater durability and enabling it to perform reliably even in harsh outdoor conditions. The imported hydraulic station ensures low noise and excellent sealing performance, delivering stable and reliable operation during lifting and lowering. Powered by an electric drive system, the stacker offers both walking and standing driving modes, allowing operators to choose based on their preferences and work environment.

For this meticulously improved all-electric stacker truck, we have adopted a high-strength steel mast design and introduced an innovative three-stage mast structure. This breakthrough design not only significantly enhances the lifting capacity of the stacker, allowing it to reach a maximum lifting height of 5500mm—well above the industry average—but also ensures stability and safety during high-lift operations.

We have also made comprehensive upgrades to the load capacity. After careful design and rigorous testing, the Electric Stacker's maximum load capacity has been increased to 2000kg, a substantial improvement over previous models. It maintains stable performance under heavy load conditions, ensuring the safety and reliability of operations.

In terms of driving style, the Electric Stacker features a stand-up driving design with comfortable pedals and a user-friendly arm guard structure. This allows operators to maintain a comfortable posture, reducing fatigue during extended operations. The arm guard provides additional protection, minimizing the risk of injuries from accidental collisions. The stand-up driving design also gives operators a wider field of vision and greater flexibility in confined spaces.

Other performance aspects of the vehicle have been optimized as well. For instance, the turning radius is precisely controlled at 1600mm, enabling the Electric Stacker to maneuver easily in narrow warehouse aisles. The total weight of the vehicle is reduced to 1010kg, making it lighter and more energy-efficient, which reduces operating costs while improving handling efficiency. The load center is set at 600mm, ensuring the stability and balance of goods during transportation. Additionally, we offer three different free lifting height options (1550mm, 1717mm, and 1884mm) to accommodate various operational needs.

When designing the fork width, we fully considered the diverse requirements of our customers. In addition to the standard options of 560mm and 680mm, we have introduced a new 720mm option. This addition allows the Electric Stacker to handle a wider range of cargo pallets and packaging sizes, enhancing its versatility and operational flexibility.
