Electric Stacker Lift
Electric Stacker Lift is a fully electric stacker featuring wide, adjustable outriggers for enhanced stability and ease of operation. The C-shaped steel mast, manufactured through a special pressing process, ensures durability and a long service life. With a load capacity of up to 1500 kg, the stacker is equipped with a high-capacity battery that provides long-lasting power, reducing the need for frequent charging. It offers two driving modes—walking and standing—that can be flexibly switched according to the operator's preferences and environmental conditions, further enhancing operational comfort and convenience.

First, it features an American CURTIS controller, a top-tier brand that ensures precise control, efficient energy management, and stable operation across various working conditions. This significantly enhances operational efficiency and safety.
In terms of power, the Electric Stacker Lift is equipped with a high-quality hydraulic pump station, providing robust and stable power to the lifting mechanism. Its 2.0KW high-power lifting motor enables a maximum lifting height of 3500mm, easily meeting the storage and retrieval needs of high-rise shelving. Additionally, the 1.6KW drive motor ensures smooth and efficient movement, whether driving horizontally or turning.
To support long-term continuous operation, the vehicle is fitted with a 240Ah large-capacity battery and a 24V voltage system, extending the operational time per charge and reducing the frequency of charging. For added safety, an emergency reverse driving function allows the vehicle to quickly reverse at the push of a button, minimizing potential risks in emergency situations.
The Electric Stacker Lift's fork design is also noteworthy. With fork dimensions of 100×100×35mm and an adjustable outer width range of 210-825mm, it can accommodate a variety of pallet sizes, improving operational flexibility. Protective covers on the forks and wheels not only prevent damage to the forks but also help avoid accidental injuries, ensuring operator safety.
Finally, the large rear cover design provides easy access to the vehicle’s internal components, simplifying daily maintenance and repair work while showcasing the manufacturer’s attention to user experience.
